South Korean singer and host Kim Jong Kook shared the progress of his legs after an intensive work out on his Instagram account.

In a photo posted on November 26, Kim flaunted his well-defined legs as well as sexy biceps while taking a rest on the leg trainer equipment of a fitness center. He also left a reminder to his followers through the image caption which reads: “Don't skip leg day!".

The Hallyu star just recently returned to Korea after a brief visit to the United States to grace the “Running Man Bros. Concert” held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Joining him in the said event are his fellow program hosts HaHa, and Skull, All Kpop reported.

Meanwhile, Kim is set to have a cameo appearance in the upcoming web drama “Sound of Heart”. This announcement was revealed by the show’s lead star Lee Kwang Soo, who also happens to be the star’s fellow host in “Running Man”.

"The only web toon I made sure to read all of was 'Sound of Heart.' There were also a lot of people around me who liked it, so when I was talking about this to people, many congratulated me. Kim Jong Kook congratulated me and was happy for me; on top of that, he appeared as a cameo, so I want to say thank you to him," said Lee during the press conference for “Sound of Heart” as quoted by All Kpop.

Kim started his entertainment career in 1995 after joining the KPop duo Turbo. After the group disbanded, he pursued his solo career and became a part of “Running Man” in 2010.
