NBA Regular Season 2016-17: Stephen Curry and Golden State Warriors is back to become a super team in the game against Trail Blazers

Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors back as the powerhouse team in the Western Conference. The Warriors defeated Portland Trail Blazers ahead the most anticipated game against the Thunder this Thursday.

The Warriors won 127-104 at the Moda Center, Portland on Tuesday Nov. 1. Curry led the scorer with 28 points. The entire team of Golden State Warriors is back as the team that will win the NBA championship. The Trail Blazers point guard commended the Warriors before the game as quoted by CBS Sports.

“We played them in the preseason, and that game showed how explosive they can be," Lillard said.

Golden State Warriors is back as explosive as they were. They even showed the remarkable depth of the their roster, as their shooting guard Ian Clark scored 22 points off-the bench in 25:20 minutes. Clark also made all of is three-point attempts with 3-3 three-point field goals While Curry made a 5-10 three-point field goals.

Durant scored 24 points and the Curry’s Splash Brother Klay Thompson posted 14 points. According to SB Nation, Thompson still was not right in the game but fortunately Clark stepped up from the bench.

In the front court, Draymond Green and center Zaza Pachulia posted 8 and 6 rebounds respectively. The combination between a sharp shooters at the backcourt with strong players around the rim from Golden State Warriors is so far the best in the league.

Trail Blazers that just won the game againt the Nuggets was unable to contain the explosiveness of Golden State Warriors. Although Lillard scored 31 points, but the team was overwhelmed by the Warriors.

After the game against the Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers lost in their fifth regular season game against Phoenix Suns 115-118. While the Warriors will face Oklahoma City Thunder this Thursday in the most anticipated game.
