After Kim Kardashian got the attention of the whole world about the amount of the allegedly $10M worth of jewelry stolen while inside her luxury L'Hôtel de Pourtalès on Oct. 3, law enforcers are now looking into the case and what they found on the video baffled them.

Kardashian's robbery at gunpoint story graced the headlines of newspapers, magazine and the internet including social media. Many expressed their sympathy while others pronounce criticism because of the flaunting of the so-called expensive and exquisite jewelry online that caught the attention of the 'robbers'. It was reported many times that Kardashian was tied up with tape and zip ties and that she is all shaken up.

However, after checking into the footages by the police, some things are not right. The story by the diva of what happened during the gunpoint robbery was opposed to what they found on the video. They were shocked to find that the reality diva was comfortable sitting on a couch, wrapped in a blanket and composedly video-chatting on a cell phone. That is very distant from the panic-stricken robbed woman as she is publicly depicted, RadarOnline reported.

Additionally, her sources said that the robbers swiped her phone. However, it was not clarified whose phone Kardashian was using at the time of the robbery.

"I would have expected her to have been extremely nervous, and ill at ease," said Henderson Cooper, retired Los Angeles Police Department supervisor of detectives.

Radar deputed a former FBI agent, Manny Gomez to have a review of the tape and the disclosed chain of events. The former agent quickly noticed that there were no indication of coercive entry concluding that the 'robbers' were let inside and that confused him.

"It's interesting to me how calm she and her personal assistant appear to be, somebody that was just robbed at gunpoint. She was acting very normal, like as if nothing happened."

There are many loopholes found on Kardashian's story of the event. One is that she appears to show no zip ties markings on her wrist or bruise if she attempted to free herself. The video footages didn't reflect any sign of forced entry or whatsoever as things are in their proper places.

Meanwhile, Kardashian filed a lawsuit against one website that claimed the startling incident was a deceit, insurance fraud, and theatrical. MediaTakeOut.com was sued over publishing three defamatory articles including "misleading headlines" and "blatant defamatory lies," according to Perez Hilton.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sues for undisclosed damages, accusing the website and its owner Fred Mwangaguhunga for publishing the posts to cause maximum harm to her.
