Just recently, Cosmic Girls' Exy had a solo photo shoot for the fashion magazine "Arena Homme +." Exy appears vague yet fascinating in the photo.
The 20-year old rapper was chosen for the "Arena Homme +'s" October issue. The shoot was taken at the streets of Seoul with a fierce yet lovely look, AllKpop cited.
EXY was known for joining the music competition program "Unpretty Rapstar 2" despite of being still a rookie rapper in her label Starship Entertainment. In 2015, an industry insider released a statement that EXY solidified her spot in the group as the main rapper, Soompi reported.
It is worth noting that EXY was the first member of Cosmic Girls to be revealed. The group had just debuted early this year.
With the group's debut is also the release of their mini album entitle "Would You Like?," with title tracks "Mo Mo Mo" and "Catch Me." The group held their debut stage on M! Countdown during the show's Feb. 25th episode.
Formed by Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment, the 13-member group is composed of members SeoIA, Xuan Yi, Bona, EXY, Soobin, Luda, Dawon, Eunseo, Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, Yeoreum, Dayoung, and Yeonjung. They are separated into four subgroups according to the letters "WJSN" which stands for Wonder, Joy, Sweet and Natural.
Previously, the group had conducted promotions in Korea and China as part of their collaboration project with the Chinese media management label Yuehua. The new group has also been tagged as the biggest girl group in K-pop.
Meanwhile, seven members of the group teamed up with their label mate Monsta X to form the new unit called "Y-teen," which main purpose is to act as the brand models for KT's phone fare service. The group will promote the phone fare's service through activities and promotions, such as music releases, music video and more.
